काठमाडौं,३ कात्तिक । सुनको जलप लगाएको झण्डै चारसय वर्ष पुरानो मूर्तिहरु र मूर्तिका गहना चोरीमा संलग्न भएको आरोपमा चार जना पक्राउ परेका छन् ।
पक्राउ पर्नेमा काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक भिमखोरी–३ घर भई बनेपा बस्ने गणेशलाल श्रेष्ठ, रामेछाप गाउँसरा–४ घर भई ललितपुर ईमाडोल बस्ने मानबहादुर मगर, दोलखा लाकुरीडाँडा–४ घर भई काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक बनेपा बस्ने वासुदेव के.सी. भन्ने मिनबहादुर खत्री र ललितपुर गाबहाल बस्ने तिर्थ डंगोल रहेका छन् ।गएको साउन १० गते राति ललितपुर उपमहानगरपालिका–१२ नौदेवहालमा रहेको बुद्ध गुम्बाको बाहिरी गारोमा प्वाल पारेर ताल्चा काटी बहुमूल्य मूर्ति र त्यसको गहना चोरेको भन्दै प्रहरीले उनीहरुलाई पक्रेको हो । बहुमूल्य प्राचिन मूर्तिहरु र मूर्तिका गरगहनासमेत योजनावद्ध तरिकाले संगठित चोरी गर्न सुराकी दिने, चोरी गर्ने, ओसार पसार एवं विक्री वितरण गरी संगठित अपराध र पुरातात्विक मूर्ति चोरीमा अनुसन्धान गर्दा उनीहरु पक्राउ परेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । उनीहरुलाई ललितपुर जिल्ला अदालतको आदेशानुसार पुर्पक्षका लागि मंगलबार कारागार चलान गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।

पोखरा, ३ कात्तिक । बिरौटाकी १७ वर्षीया रेनु (नाम परिवार्तन) लाई फेसबुकले ठूलो समस्यामा पार्यो। उनी मात्र होइन उनको परिवारको प्रतिष्ठामा आँच आउने कर्म फेसबुकमा भयो। रेनुकै मोबाइल नम्बरबाट खोलिएको फेसबुक खाताको प्रोफाइलमा राखिएको तस्बिर पनि उनकै थियो। तर, त्यो तस्बिर भने उनले राखेकी थिइन्। त्यही तस्बिरले रेनुलाई मात्र होइन, उनका परिवार र फेसबुकमा रहेका सबै साथीलाई फसादमा पार्यो।रेनुलाई विदेशमा रहेका उनका दाइले एकाबिहानै फोन गरे। फोनबाट उनले भने, ‘के फोटो राखेको तेरो दिमाग त ठिक छ ? , रिमुभ गरी हाल त।’ अघिल्लो रात ११ बजेसम्म च्याट गरेर सुतेकी रेनुलाई अचम्म लाग्नु स्वाभाविकै थियो। दाइको फोन राख्न नपाउँदै हतार–हतार उनले आफ्नो मोबाइलमा फेसबुक हेरिन् तर खुलेन। रातारात उनको फेसबुकमा आएको समस्याले तनाव बनायो। फेसबुक नखुलेको कुराले भन्दा पनि उनलाई कस्तो फोटो राखिएको छ भन्ने कुराको बढी चिन्ता भयो।

त्यत्तिकैमा उनले आफ्नो नजिकको साथीलाई फोन गरिन्। ‘ओई मेरो फेसबुकमा कस्तो फोटो अपलोड भएको छ र हेर त अर्जेन्ट छ के,’ उनको साथीले फेसबुक खोल्दा तीन छक्क परिन्। रेनुलाई फोन गरिन् र भनिन्, ‘ओई खत्तमै भए छ नि, तेरो त हाफनेकेड फोटो हालेको छ त।’ रेनु छाँगाबाट खसेजस्तो भइन्। ‘ए भगवान यो कसरी भयो’ भन्दै रेनुले फोन राखिन्। रेनु हाँसेको र सेतो रुमालले स्तनको थोरै भागमात्र छोपेको फोटो अपलोड भएको रहेछ। कसरी भयो ? कसले गर्यो ? भन्नेतिर भन्दा त्यो फोटो कसरी हटाउन सकिन्छ भनेर उनले छटपटाउन थालिन् र साथीहरूसँग सल्लाह लिइन्।

फेरि उनले आफ्नो बहिनीको फेसबुक अकाउन्टबाट खोलेर हेरिन्। उनले त्यो फोटो धेरैबेर हेर्नै परेन। त्यसपछि उनले चिनैकै एक मित्रलाई फोन लगाइन्। निकैबेर चर्काचर्की कुरा भयो। उनले कोसँग कुरा गरिन् भनेर बहिनीलाई समेत थाहा भएन। त्यसको केही मिनेटमा रेनुको त्यो तस्बिर फेसबुकबाट हट्यो। तस्बिर हट्यो तर रेनुको परिवारमा भने तनाव यथावतै थियो। ‘यो कसरी भयो’ भन्दै रेनुका बुवा उफ्रिँदै थिए। ‘मलाई थाहा भएन, कसैले फेसबुक ह्याक गरेर त्यस्तो फोटो बनाएर हालेको होला’ भन्दै रेनु रुँदै थिइन्। रेनुका बुबाको एक प्रहरी अधिकृतसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध रहेछ। उनले सल्लाह लिए। रेनुको परिवारको घटना बाहिर नआहोस् भन्ने थियो। त्यसलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै ती प्रहरी अधिकृतले कास्कीका एक जना असईसँग कुरा गरेर सहयोग गर्न भने।

ती असईले रेनुको परिवारलाई भेटे। कुराकानी गरे। कास्की प्रहरीमै उजुरी दियो भने ठिक हुने सल्लाह थिए ती असईले। भोलिपल्ट प्रहरीकहाँ उजुरी दिने निधो गरे। घटनाले ठूलो रुप लिने भयो भनेर रेनुलाई रातभर निद्रा लागेन। अन्ततः उनले घटनाको बारेमा आफ्नो आमासँग कुरा गरिन्। रेनुकै लापरबाहीका कारण घटना भएको परिवारलाई प्रस्ट भयो, तर दोषी भने अरु कोही थियो।

मालेपाटनका १९ वर्षीय सम्राटले उनीसँग प्रेम सम्बन्ध बिग्रिएका कारण त्यस्तो ताण्डव मच्चाएका रहेछन्। ती प्रहरीको सहयोगमा सम्राट र उनका परिवारलाई भेटेर समस्या समाधानतर्फ लागे । सम्राटसँग रहेको रेनुको सम्पूर्ण फोटो डिलिट गर्न लगाइयो। घटना असोज ३ गतेको हो। रेनु र सम्राटको चारमहिने प्रेम सम्बन्ध गत भदौमा छुटेपछि रिसले चुर सम्राटले फोसबुकमा रेनुको यस्तो फोटो हालेका रहेछन्। रेनु र सम्राटबीच एक–अर्काको फेसबुक आइडी र पासवर्ड पनि साटासाट भएको रहेछ। सम्बन्धमा रहुन्जेल दुबैले एक–अर्काको फेसबुक खोलेर चलाउँदा रहेछन्। सम्बन्ध चिसिन थालेपछि सम्राटले आफ्नो पासवर्ड चेन्ज गरे तर रेनुले त्यसबाट सोच्न भ्याइनन्। जुन तस्बिर सम्राटले रेनुको फेसबुकबाट हाले त्यो फोटो पनि प्रेम सम्बन्ध हुँदा रेनुले आफ्नो घरमै खिचेर सम्राटलाई पठाएकी रहिछन्। छोटो अवधिमै विश्वास गर्नु रेनुका लागि निकै घातक भयो।

रेनुले स्वयं नभनेको भए प्रहरीलाई पनि यो घटना टाउको दुखाइ बन्न सक्थ्यो। रेनुको परिवारले प्रहरीकहाँ उजुरी दिएको भए विद्युतीय ऐन (साइबर क्राइम) अन्तर्गत सम्राटलाई मुद्दा चलाउनु पर्थ्यो। सम्राटले सामान्य लिएको यो घटनाले उनको भविष्यमै ठूलो असर पर्न सक्थ्यो। प्रायः व्यक्ति यस्तै सामान्य ठानेर गरेगरिएको साइबर सम्बन्धि घटना कास्कीमा धेरै छन्। एक वर्षअघि पोखरा सिम्पानीका एक बालक अञ्जानमा प्रहरीको फन्दामा परे। कक्षा ८ मा पढ्ने ती बालकले नेपाली सेनाको वेवसाइटै ह्याक गरेका थिए।

केन्द्रीय अपराध अनुसन्धान ब्युरोबाटै प्रहरी खटिएर उनलाई पक्राउ गरेर थप अनुसन्धनको लागि काठमाडौं लगे। केही महिनाअघि यसरी नै सामाजिक सञ्जालमा गाली बेइज्जती गरेको भन्दै जिल्ला खेलकुद विकास समितिका अध्यक्ष याम गुरुङले खेलकुदकै पूर्वअध्यक्ष खेमचन्द्र गुरुङविरुद्ध कास्की प्रहरीकहाँ उजुरी दिएका थिए। त्यसपछि प्रहरीले दुबै पक्षलाई बोलाएर छलफल गरायो। अन्ततः पूर्व अध्यक्ष खेमचन्द्र गुरुङले आफूले अन्जानमा गल्ती गरेको भन्दै खेमसँग माफी मागेपछि समस्या समाधन भएको थियो।
यी घटना त उदाहरण मात्र हुन्। कास्की प्रहरीकोमा यस्तै प्रकृतिका १२ वटा घटनाको उजुरी परेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय कास्कीका प्रवक्ता डिएसपी गजुसिद्धि बज्राचार्यले जानकारी दिए। यस्तो घटनाले पीडितलाई निकै समस्यामा पार्ने गरेको बज्राचार्यले बताए । ‘यस्तो घटनाले आर्थिक र भौतिक रुपमा असर नपारे पनि पीडितको इज्जत र प्रतिष्ठासँग जोडिएको हुन्छ,’ उनले भने, ‘यो नयाँ प्रविधिको समस्या हो, त्यही भएर यसको प्रयोग गर्नु भन्दाअघि आफू बच्नुपर्छ ।’ विश्वास भयो भन्दैमा जो पायो त्यहीलाई पासवर्ड दिन नहुने उनको सुझाव थियो। ‘फेसबुकले मान्छेको अनुहार चिन्दैन, त्यसले जोसँग पासवर्ड छ उसैले खोल्न सक्छ,’ उनले भने, ‘त्यही भएर सम्बन्धित मान्छे सचेत हुन जरुरी छ।’
पछिल्लो समय जटिल समस्याको रुपमा साइबर क्राइम देखा परेको डिएसपी बज्राचार्यले बताए। ‘इन्टरनेट वा सामाजिक सञ्जाल सम्बन्धी कुनै पनि व्यक्ति पीडित छ भने उसले प्रहरीकहाँ साइबर क्राइम अन्तर्गत मुद्दा दर्ता गराउँछ,’ उनले भने, ‘घटना सामान्य भएपछि पत्ता लगाएर दोषीलाई पक्राउ गर्ने काम हाम्रो हो।’

यस सम्बन्धि मुद्दा चलाउन काठमाडौं नै जानुपर्ने उनले बताए। ‘नेपालमा साइबर अपराध सम्बन्धि हेर्ने एउटा मात्र अदालत काठमाडौंमा छ,’ उनले भने, ‘म्याद थप गर्ने त्यही नै जानुपर्ने भएकाले उतैबाट मुद्दा चलाउनुपर्छ।’

The video shows the moment when an elephant met with a horrific
accident. The animal was hit by a train and it was badly injured. The
elephant was on its own way and was trying to cross the road when a
train came and hit him. The train was in a very high speed and it didn’t
notice the giant elephant coming towards it. Unfortunately the animal
was badly hurt and was lying on the side of the track.

The roads were then closed in order to rescue the injured animal. It was
so badly hurt that it could not stand back and walk. The animal was
expecting for a help and people were also trying their best to help the
animal. Later on the animal was finally rescued and was take to the
nearest hospital. It was treated there and was given medicine to relieve
the pain. It was a much unexpected accident and the poor animal was
seriously hurt.




The enormous animal was so badly hurt and it could not help itself and
was hoping for the help. Normally they are animal and they don’t have
sense. They can’t discriminate between good and bad and right or wrong.
They just do whatever they feel like.
These are very deadly animals and whenever they feel mad they just lose
their control and they are in terrific form. Nothing in the world can
control them and they will just do whatever they feel like doing. They
are in their own kind and they are especially destructive. But sometime
they are extremely kind and also expect little help from the people like
here in the video.

Dayahang won his second National Award for the film Sambodhan (2014) in the best actor category. The critically acclaimed Talakjung vs Tulke (2014) showcased Dayahang’s versatility as an actor. His two films Kabaddi (2013) and its sequel Kabaddi Kabaddi (2015) became huge hits in Nepal and abroad. He received his third National Award for best actor for Kabaddi Kabaddi.

talk about anything to do with women’s health I may seem like i’m talking on matters that I don’t understand, which to some degree I do not! because i’ve never had a period. So what does this mean to you? This means that if you build your blood and optimize your hormones just before having your period (up to a week in advance) then your period will be a less painful process.

Baitadi District historical name “Bairath” , a part of Province No. 7, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal. The district, with Dasharathchand as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,519 km2 and has a population of 250,898 according to the census( 2011). The Baitadi district entails 56 village development councils (VDCs) and two municipality. Baitadi falls into the farthest western regional district of Nepal touching Jhulaghat, India, Nepal’s neighboring country, to its border.

The length of a train is measured by the no of wagons containing bulk loads such as ore, oil etc. that are attached to the main locomotive. The length of a train and the load bearing capacity of the wagons can be limited on electrified rail gauges which are of a lower voltage rating such as 3000V DC or 1500V DC as they face issues with traction power. Elevation changes, curves and bends along the route, loop lengths, couplings and draw gears can also be limiting factors to the length of a train.
It is not very uncommon for a length of a freight train to have an average length of 2000 meters. Longer lengths can also be achieved with the help of distributed power units, which can stretch the overall length to more than three or four times the average length, i.e. up to 8000 meters. The main advantage of using distributed power systems is that they enable much longer and heavier loads to be carried across without the risk of the train derailing from the stress of pulling these long wagons along steep curves.
